As a senior data scientist on the Marketing Data Science and Engineering team, you’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions that support marketing strategy, customer engagement, and business decision-making. In this role, you’ll focus on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), generative AI, and agentic AI applications, with an emphasis on building scalable, production-ready solutions.

You’ll work across the full model lifecycle, from experimentation and model development to deployment, application integration, and monitoring, while partnering closely with data scientists, data engineers, and marketing business partners. You’ll mentor and provide technical guidance to junior data scientists, strengthening team capabilities and promoting best practices across the organization.

This is a remote position for U.S.-based work only, requiring occasional travel for meetings and/or training.

Minimum qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Statistical/Quantitative Modeling and/or Machine Learning tools (R, Python, etc.) and in using various database tools (e.g. Hadoop, SQL) processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

Or, bachelor's degree with quantitative focus in Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or related field (e.g. Mathematics) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Statistical/Quantitative Modeling and/or Machine Learning tools (R, Python, etc.) and in using various database tools (e.g. Hadoop, SQL) processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

Or, master's degree or higher with quantitative focus in Econometrics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or related field (e.g. Mathematics).

Preferred skills

Full-stack data scientist with strong experience across model development, deployment, operationalization, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning and AI models in production environments.

Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using Docker and other containerization and deployment tools.

Hands-on experience building solutions using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.

Experience with AWS-based data science and application deployment, lightweight application development using Streamlit or similar frameworks, and tools such as dbt and Terraform.

Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor junior data scientists, and collaborate effectively across data science, engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Compensation

$89,600 - $119.500/year

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
