As a data governance steward supporting the Marketing Data Science and Engineering team, you’ll drive strong data governance practices across the marketing organization. You’ll partner with marketing subject matter experts and collaborate closely with data engineers to ensure data is managed, documented, and used in a governed manner. In this role, you’ll work with the enterprise Data Governance Committee to help establish and implement data governance policies, standards, and processes within marketing.
You’ll also support teams in improving data quality, accountability, and consistency so marketing data can be trusted and used effectively for analytics, reporting, and decision-making.

Must-have qualifications
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
Experience in data governance, data quality, or data management, preferably in an enterprise data environment.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, validation, or automation tasks.
Experience working with enterprise data governance councils or committees.
Experience querying and working with Snowflake in a modern cloud data environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
$81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
