Ask candidates screening questions
Employers used to learn the basics, whether someone can work in the country, needs visa sponsorship, or can come into the office. Only after reading through every resume. Now employers can add up to five screening questions to a job, and candidates answer them right on the apply form. Each applicant's answers sit under their name in the applicants list, so reviewing starts with what matters for the role. Screening questions never filter anyone out: every application still reaches a person.

Add any job to your tracker
Your tracker only knew about jobs you found on OpenJobs, so anything you applied to through LinkedIn, a referral or a company's own careers page had to live somewhere else. Now you can add any job yourself. Tap New entry, type the company and role, and it becomes a card on your board like any other. Free plans can also now track up to 10 applications, up from 5.

Every job now has its own page
Reading a job used to mean leaving OpenJobs. One tap on Apply Now and you were on the employer’s site, with no easy way back and nothing you could send to a friend. Now every job has a page of its own, the full description, what they’re actually asking for, the salary and location in one place. Apply Now is still there when you’re ready; it just isn’t the only thing you can do first.
- Job cards now open the job’s own page — “Learn More” takes you there, and Apply Now lives on the page itself

A mobile menu that fits on one screen
Opening the menu on your phone now shows everything at once: the four OpenJobs products as cards at the top, a Search Jobs button above them, and everything else a single tap away. Signing in from the menu works again too — on smaller phones the bottom of the menu, including the sign-in button, was getting cut off where you couldn't reach it.

Sign in without losing your place
Signing in no longer takes you off the job board. Click Save, Apply, or Mark as applied while you're logged out and a sign-in window opens right where you are your search, your filters, and your place in the results all stay put, and whatever you clicked happens the moment you're signed in.

We've reworked the dashboard around what you actually use. The Application Tracker is now focused on the four stages that matter, the snapshot bar surfaces your total active applications at a glance, and we've reclaimed the old Archived column for something far more useful: a running notes panel that lives with the rest of your job search.
- Notes column on your dashboard — a running list of timestamped notes, perfect for follow-up reminders, interview prep, or journaling your search. Add, edit, and delete anytime; nothing is ever auto-removed.
- "Total" replaces "Archived" in your snapshot — instantly see how many applications you're actively tracking across Applied, Interview, Offer, and Not Proceeding.

Pagination Improvements on Job Board
We've upgraded the job board to make browsing listings easier and more reliable. Users can now jump directly to any page of results numbered pagination bar, eliminating the need to click through pages one at a time. We also fixed a bug where users browsing deeper pages would unexpectedly get sent back to page 1, your place in the listings is now preserved.
- Jump to any page instantly — Users can now click directly to any page of job listings from the pagination bar at the bottom, instead of clicking "Next" repeatedly to get there.
- Page numbers are displayed with smart ellipsis (e.g. 1 2 3 … 7 8) so users always know where they are and how many pages are available.
- Users who were browsing deep into the job listings (e.g. page 5 or beyond) were occasionally getting sent back to page 1 after returning to the tab. This has been fixed and your position is now preserved.
- Applying a new filter or search still correctly resets you to page 1 of the new results, while simply retrying after an error keeps you on the page you were on.
