As a direct marketing media analyst on the Direct Media team, you’ll support business-specific marketing analysis by researching, identifying trends, and applying problem-solving skills to inform decisions. In this role, you’ll work largely independently to identify opportunities, manage projects, and recommend next steps with your manager. You’ll contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, retention analysis, testing, channel spend evaluation, re-solicitation efforts, and other media processes that support budget management and monthly reporting.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, Ohio) roughly one to two times per year.
Minimum qualifications
A minimum of four years of analytical work experience
{OR} Successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program and a minimum one year analytical work experience
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year of analytical work experience

Strong analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to interpret data to support business decisions
Proven project management, process improvement, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, media, and analytics teams
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate systems, processes, and data-related challenges
Compensation
$67,300 - $89,700/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
