As an IT manager within Policy Servicing IT, you’ll manage a team of approximately 5–8 technology professionals, setting the technical vision and fostering a high-performing culture that advances our platform and delivers meaningful business value. You’ll be accountable for the successful delivery of both discretionary and non-discretionary initiatives, ensuring solutions consistently meet customer needs while maintaining a strong focus on quality, reliability, and operational excellence.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and deliver strategic results. You’ll also provide leadership for a long-standing vendor partnership that is integral to the platform’s success, ensuring strong collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Balancing both technical and people leadership, you’ll guide teams through change, influence key decisions, and cultivate diverse talent.
You’ll play a critical role in fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, continuous learning, and continuous improvement, empowering your team to deliver exceptional results for our customers and the business.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for special meetings and/or training.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum 4 years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
Preferred skills
Strong vendor relationship experience partnering together to support systems and deliver results
Experience with leading Agile teams and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive continuous improvement
Demonstrated a strong learning aptitude
Strong lean leadership skills
Compensation
$148,320 - $170,000/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
