Description
Becoming the best airline is an adventure. And our Pricing & Revenue Management team is providing fuel for that journey by ensuring that we maximize our ticket revenue on every single flight across our network – both domestically and internationally – while giving our customers various product offerings for their travel. By analyzing market trends and forecasting consumer demand, this team works hard to ensure we are selling the right number of tickets at the right price to optimize our revenue and run a profitable airline.
Job overview and responsibilities
The Pricing and Revenue Management Program offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement plans that generate incremental revenue for a unique set of nonstop flights. Associate Analysts are placed into either Pricing or Revenue Management:
Pricing – Defines price points based off customer’s willingness to pay and the competition
Revenue Management – Forecasts customer demand and sets overbooking levels
Analyze trends in bookings, revenue and market dynamics
Assess demand patterns and competitive landscape
Segment customers based on market conditions
Develop fare structure / demand forecast to optimize revenue
Plan seasonal strategy for holidays and peak travel periods
Communicate department strategy, working with other stakeholders

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree (or on the process of completing)
Track record of outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others
Ability to apply quantitative skills and business acumen to airline industry
Current undergraduate student, demonstrating strong academic performance
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and the ability to leverage AI effectively to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Applies critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies related to responsible AI use, data privacy, and security.
The base pay range for this role is $53,960.00 to $70,334.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.

- Bachelor's degree or in progress with strong academic performance
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and successful interview completion
