Minimum Qualifications

1+ years of experience supporting benefits, health and welfare, retirement, compensation, recognition, travel, or related Total Rewards programs

Proven analytical thinking skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making

Demonstrated accountability in managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy in program administration and reporting

Experience identifying customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance service, efficiency, and the employee experience

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and vendors

Proven ability to think proactively by anticipating issues, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending effective solutions.

Experience working with program data, audits, quality reviews, reporting, and process administration

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting health and welfare or broader Total Rewards programs

Knowledge of plan administration, program governance, and compliance practices

Experience with project management, process automation, or continuous improvement initiatives

Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies for responsible AI use, data privacy, and security

About the job

As a Specialist - Health & Welfare, you will support the development, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs, including health and welfare offerings and related employee programs. This role helps ensure effective program execution through data management, compliance monitoring, vendor partnership coordination, reporting, and employee support. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve processes, enhance program effectiveness, and deliver a positive employee experience.

The position offers the opportunity to contribute to program strategy through analysis, insights, and operational excellence.

Core Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities

Perform audits, quality reviews, and data validation activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established guidelines

Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline processes that support program efficiency and effectiveness

Troubleshoot escalated issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions to improve service delivery

Manage day-to-day operational interactions with vendor partners and support productive cross-functional collaboration

Generate recurring reports and analyze trends to help improve processes, reporting capabilities, and business outcomes

Respond to complex employee inquiries, support shared team deliverables, and partner with internal communications teams on program messaging

The base pay range for this role is $66,500.00 to $86,616.00.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
