As a product owner on the Agency Compliance and Enablement (ACE) team, you’ll focus on our Agent Lifecycle Modernization (ALM) program. In this role, you’ll serve as a product owner for one of our development teams where you’ll be involved in upgrading and modernizing our licensing system. Our goal is to deliver better agent experiences, improve user job satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase written premiums through our ALM Program.
Did you know that 50% of our written premium comes from our agency business? Agents are our backbone with over 50K agents and 200K producers licensed and appointed to sell Progressive. The Agency Compliance and Enablement team (ACE) is dedicated to ensuring agents and producers conducting business for Progressive are properly licensed, appointed and renewed.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for meetings and/or training.
Must-have qualifications
A minimum of 8 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).

Compensation
$81,400 - $108,500/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
