About the role
As a senior or lead data analyst on the Research & Development Revenue Expansion team, you'll support product growth initiatives including website funnel metrics, campaign metrics, and A/B testing. In this role, you'll build, document, and maintain our reporting processes, build visualizations, identify and support improvements to business processes and customer experiences, and ensure seamless communication of changes across various user groups.
Collaborating closely with RevEx product strategists and teams across the business, you'll contribute to improving our product retailing by defining our measurement strategy on our retailing platforms.

Minimum qualifications
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
Advanced proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Python, SAS, R, or equivalent, including data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics, conversion funnels, and web analytics.
Intermediate computer skills including MS Office with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate, and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts, and graphing.
Intermediate proficiency in A/B testing.
Compensation
$81,400 - $131,200/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
