Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in developing strategies in fluid engaged environments, impeccable business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the desired business outcome.
Experience with building financial reporting, produce analysis, implementing scalable monitoring and implementing reporting solutions.
Experience influencing and partnering with business stakeholders.
Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.

The AI Solutions GTM Finance team is a strategic partner to the AI Solutions leadership team, providing financial, investigative, and strategic insights to help drive sound financial decisions. We are a critical advisor to business leaders, and our work is integral to the success of the fast-growing AI Solutions business.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
Drive accelerated growth for AI Solutions by conducting in-depth search analyses of market opportunities, engaged landscapes, and customer adoption trends to provide strategic insights to AI Solutions Sales leaders.
Drive margin expansion and mitigate financial risk across strategic AI Solutions agreements and commercial structures by providing actionable recommendations and driving finance-led initiatives, including discounts, controls, and other top- and bottom-line levers to help Go-To-Market (GTM) achieve its margin goals.
Help develop and lead the AI horizontal/vertical market solutions, applications, programs, and commercial engagements to drive scale and growth.
Collaborate with the AI Specialist team, Sales Operations, and regional Strategy and Operations (S&O) to support critical decision-making and enhance overall regional performance.
Showcase our use of AI tools to both internal and external customers.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or related function.
