Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).

8 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).

Experience in technical leadership, including leading business transformation initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.

Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.

Experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.

Experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, Windows).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $183000 - $265000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Lead a team of individuals. Set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.

Work with clients to understand their objectives and challenges, identify technical gaps, and surface opportunities for solution reuse or innovations.

Design and implement solutions that meet client needs and are compliant with data and legal policies.

Understand the nuances of clients within the industry and develop subject matter expertise in trending spaces.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP).
  • 8 years coding experience in one or more languages (Java, C/C++, Python) and technical leadership experience.
