Minimum qualifications:
3+ years of direct project or product management experience on cross-functional projects required
Up to 20% domestic and international travel
Knowledge of project/program management process/ principles required
Experience leading risk management activities, including risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue escalation.
Ability to analyze business needs, evaluate strategic options, and develop recommendations to support business objectives.
Experience driving issue resolution and decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders
Highly organized and the ability to multi-task competing priorities, asks, and timelines
Team building and collaboration skills required. Creates strong relationships with all stakeholders, especially the business owner and sponsors.
Clearly communicates, presents, escalates, and provides solutions to senior leadership
Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish structure and direction, and drive key outcomes
Innovation and continuous improvement results-oriented mindset; a self-starter
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
Preferred qualifications:
PMP; Six Sigma Green Belt, SPHR
Knowledge of HR Operations/Programs
Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving. Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while adhering to organizational policies for responsible AI use, data privacy, and security

The Project Manager role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional HR initiatives and programs that support strategic business priorities. This role oversees all phases of the project lifecycle and serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving alignment with stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
The Project Manager operates independently and works with agility to provide project leadership, navigating ambiguity, solving complex business challenges, and influencing cross-functional decisions. The Project Manager leads transformational projects, implementation of new processes and technologies, and other key HR initiatives. This role also contributes to the continuous development of HR PMO standards, methodologies, and project management capabilities across the division.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:
Leads large-scale, cross-functional HR projects and programs from initiation through implementation.
Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans while applying project management methodologies and best practices to manage scope, risks, quality, and stakeholder alignment to achieve successful business outcomes
Analyzes and resolves intricate project issues by applying deep knowledge and innovative solutions to maintain project momentum and success.
Helps to identify and effectively engage project resources as needed.
Influences and communicates with stakeholders to guide teams through complex problem solving, ensuring that projects meet the established objectives.
Communicates clearly, effectively and in a timely manner with key stakeholders
Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and contribute to the success of HR’s strategy.
Utilizes project metrics, reporting, and lessons learned to evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.
Identifies opportunities to improve PMO standards, processes, tools, templates, and workflows.
Builds trusted partnerships with executives, sponsors, SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Develops and delivers presentations to senior leaders on current projects to ensure visibility, alignment, and informed decision making.
Collaborates with SMEs across the division to develop Project Management expertise and contribute to advancing HR project management capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
Brings Change Management experience and focus on each project.
Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, and motivating to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and build trust.
Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
The base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
