Description
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
1+ years of people / HR analytics, Workday analytics, or related experience
Up to 5% travel as needed
Strong analytical thinking skills with experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights
Knowledge of database interface tools, SQL, Python and programming concepts
Experience with visualization tools (PowerBI, Spotfire)
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect workforce data to business goals and priorities
Proven ability to independently manage priorities and deliver results
Experience using AI to automate analytics processes
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Workday experience
Experience completing data analysis using Databricks
Strategic thinking skills with experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and business problem solving
Proven ability to think proactively and identify opportunities for process and operational improvements
Experience with prescriptive modeling, forecasting, or advanced data modeling to support workforce and business insights

About the job:
The People Analytics team is responsible for providing data-driven people insights that drive the organization forward. The Analyst - People Analytics will support data processes and ad-hoc reporting capabilities for people metrics across the employment lifecycle. The role will also support ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes, including design requirements and/or data cleanup as needed.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities
Support day-to-day ad-hoc data requests from HR source systems like Workday as well as our enterprise data warehouse system
Compile and present insights through self-service reports/dashboards or PowerPoint presentations
Support data processes including but not limited to designing requirements and compiling data from multiple sources for ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) into internal and external systems
Enhance, maintain, and optimize analytics tools and reporting solutions to support business insights and decision-making
Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions and agents to automate routine analytics processes and improve operational efficiency
The base pay range for this role is $66,500.00 to $86,616.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
