Ready to be a Titan?
As a Technical Program Manager for Fintech, you will drive end-to-end program execution and delivery across ServiceTitan's Fintech portfolio, including Payments, Payables, and Financing. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver scalable financial solutions that increase contractor revenue, improve customer experience, and strengthen platform reliability.
What you'll do:
Own the execution and delivery of key Fintech programs — ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define clear success criteria, program milestones, and KPIs tied to customer and business outcomes.
Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs, ensuring decisions are data-driven and surfaced early to maintain program predictability.
Drive visibility and accountability through clear reporting, dashboards, and communication across leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth launches, adoption readiness, and outcome tracking.
Continuously improve execution processes, streamlining how teams plan, deliver, and measure success across programs.
What you'll bring:
3–5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
Familiarity with Fintech domains such as Payments, Payables, and Financing.
Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product leaders.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and program dashboards.
For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $111,800 USD - $167,600 USD; Zone 2: $104,500 USD - $156,700 USD. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
