You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. Directing teams through complexity, you will demonstrate composure in ambiguous situations, deepen your skills, and initiate open coaching conversations at all levels. Responsibilities - Leading the implementation and integration of business applications to optimize client operational efficiency - Analyzing client needs to develop tailored software solutions and strategies - Providing training and support to facilitate seamless adoption of new technologies - Managing project delivery and systems project management to meet client objectives - Engaging in technical consultation to address complex client challenges - Driving business transformation initiatives through innovative technology solutions - Coordinating product operations and technology

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
