Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Reward Management Level Senior Manager Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Workforce Solutions – Rewards – Compensation Consultant- Senior Manager, you will engage with clients to analyze their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive compensation structures, and develop cost-effective benefits packages. Within our Rewards practice, you will focus on optimizing workforce strategies to enhance employee engagement and drive organizational effectiveness.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback.

Responsibilities - Leading the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures and benefits packages - Analyzing client reward strategies to develop cost-effective solutions that enhance employee engagement - Collaborating with clients to optimize workforce strategies and drive organizational effectiveness - Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within compensation programs - Directing teams through complex challenges, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations - Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic

story to clients - Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine compensation strategies - Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams - Conducting market analysis and benchmarking studies to inform compensation decisions - Utilizing data analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making in rewards consulting - Managing stakeholder engagement to build trust and foster collaborative relationships What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least

one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Law/Legal Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance, Science, Taxation, Other - Demonstrating advanced skills in compensation structuring and negotiation - Utilizing data analytics for strategic compensation

decisions - Leading complex compensation benchmarking and market analysis projects - Excelling in stakeholder engagement and relationship building - Innovating rewards strategies to enhance employee retention and engagement - Applying systems thinking to identify compensation opportunities and challenges Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
