About the Position:
Performance Trust Capital Partners is seeking an Analyst to join our Capital Markets team starting in the Summer of 2027. We are pursuing candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be an integral member of our team. Our focus on employees in this role within Capital Markets is to develop long-term leaders. We operate with a strong emphasis on education, both with respect to internal methodology and values as well as with respect to the broader markets, issuers, institutional investors, and the way we represent ourselves externally to various constituencies.
There is a substantial amount to learn, and the role requires a very talented individual able to operate at many levels of sophistication, as well as requiring very strong analytical, intellectual comprehension, and communication skills along with an unfailing work ethic.
Specifically, this individual will be responsible for the following:
Create first drafts of issuer and investor presentations
Analyze data in order to present and tell a story to clients and prospects
Research various product ideas
Track various projects, coordinating with stakeholders across the firm
Work with Finance team in audit requests
Track and manage the billing and receipts of deal fees
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Business or related field with a graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Must quickly gain understanding of Bloomberg and proprietary research applications
Evidence of structured thinking, problem solving and multi-tasking
Strong task execution skills with the ability to prioritize and adjust workload as required. Self-motivated; strong work ethic.
Ability to manipulate, interpret and communicate large datasets
Exceptional written and oral communications skills
Enthusiasm and curiosity for the financial markets
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Licenses Requirements: FINRA SIE and Series 7, Series 63, Series 79, and Series 24 to be completed within 120 days of hire date
Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $75,000-90,000 per year. This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however, may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors.
All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.

Minimum requirements
