Support scheduled go-live activities, including occasional work outside standard business hours
Assist clients after hours during go-live-related emergencies tied to certification and testing
Contribute to special projects and help evolve team workflows, measures, and operating practices
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong understanding of payment network connectivity and related protocols
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive issues to resolution and ability to manage escalations with urgency, empathy, and composure
Strong technical consulting, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional presence in client-facing settings and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Gateway platform knowledge in addition to Stratus or Tandem
Experience with EMV certification (or demonstrated ability to learn it quickly)
Experience certifying on core transaction processing and gateway platforms (e.g., Stratus, Tandem, Orbital Gateway)
Formal project management training or practical application of project management concepts and project Management Professional (PMP) certification
