The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives while bringing structure, transparency, and momentum to complex web projects.

As the Digital Web Product Senior Associate, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of the digital web experience for a public-facing website. Reporting into the Web Product, Search, and Site Experience Lead, this role helps manage initiatives across the Web Product Delivery and Web Product Discovery models, ensuring work moves efficiently from opportunity identification and discovery through prioritization, execution, launch, and measurement.

Coordinate project milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, and next steps across cross-functional teams, and maintain visibility into the Web Product roadmap, backlog, priorities, capacity, dependencies, and delivery status.

Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and status updates, ensuring decisions and action items are documented and followed through.

Help ensure projects meet established standards for user experience, accessibility, performance, SEO, content, analytics, and other web requirements.

Support launch readiness activities, including stakeholder alignment, QA, content readiness, analytics validation, and post-launch follow-up.

Manage and triage incoming web product requests, ensuring initiatives are appropriately scoped, categorized, prioritized, and routed through the appropriate discovery or delivery path.

Maintain visibility into the discovery backlog, upcoming work, capacity, priorities, and dependencies, and coordinate discovery activities, including requirement gathering, user research, analytics review, competitive research, and problem definition.

Coordinate the intake and discovery pipeline from request submission through scoping, discovery, and prioritization.

Ensure discovery work produces clear problem statements, user needs, business objectives, potential solutions, and recommended next steps.

Analyze requests, stakeholder feedback, and emerging needs to identify recurring themes, systemic issues, and scalable web product opportunities.

Maintain discovery artifacts and decision records in Confluence to ensure work is easy to reference, revisit, and share with partners.
