Job Description

Position Overview

Designs and enhances digital products by executing user-centered design within assigned digital product journey(s). Owns, make space for, and advocates for the user’s needs. Ensures work meets user and business needs, brand standards, UX and UI best practices, and aligns with corporate Design System. Proves work meets or exceeds corporate Usability, Accessibility and Brand standards. Employs primary user research, usability research, usability testing, empathy, and communication skills to discover and make the case for user-centered design recommendations.

Partners with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers and users to negotiate engineering feasibility, business viability and user-desirability factors to enhance iteratively. Makes recommendations in the form of information architecture, user journeys, user flows, prototypes, UI specs, and requirements that result in great, proven-effective digital design.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of digital product design experience

At least 1 years of lead experience

OR

Master's degree and at least 3 years of digital product design experience

At least 1 years of lead experience

OR

At least 8 years of digital product design experience

At least 1 years of lead experience
