Position Overview

Ready to drive meaningful change at an enterprise level? Join International Motors as a Transformation Manager on our Business Process Transformation (BPT) team.

At International Motors, we are focused on turning strategy into action and creating lasting business impact across our organization. We are looking for a strategic, results-driven transformation professional who can bring clarity to complex challenges, align cross-functional leaders, and turn ambitious business priorities into measurable outcomes.

As a Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in advancing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, partnering with Director- and VP-level leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness, improve business processes, and accelerate strategic execution. This role is ideal for someone who combines the strategic thinking of a consultant with the hands-on leadership needed to move initiatives from recommendations to implementation and results.

You will also help shape how transformation is delivered at International Motors by strengthening governance, advancing AI and digital initiatives, and building the capabilities that enable our teams to execute change more effectively.

Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Strategy and Alignment

Partner with Director- and VP-level leaders to align business priorities, build consensus across functions, and drive decisions—even when priorities compete or direct authority is limited.

Translate strategic objectives and performance targets into actionable process improvements, organizational changes, and capability-building initiatives.

Identify interdependencies across strategic priorities, business processes, and transformation initiatives, resolving ownership gaps and organizational barriers.

Serve as a business partner on AI and digital transformation initiatives by defining business problems, establishing process requirements, challenging proposed solutions, and driving adoption.

Facilitate executive discussions that turn complex challenges and ambiguity into clear decisions, accountabilities, and actionable roadmaps.

Enterprise Transformation Leadership

Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from initial assessment and strategy development through implementation and measurable value realization.

Establish clear business ownership, performance metrics, governance structures, and accountability to ensure transformation efforts deliver sustainable results.

Develop and strengthen end-to-end process ownership and governance across functions and value streams.

Advance Business Process Transformation (BPT) methodologies, standards, governance models, and Center of Excellence (CoE) foundations to improve enterprise execution.

Apply structured problem-solving, process excellence, and change management practices to improve organizational effectiveness and business performance.

Mentor and develop analysts, process engineers, and other transformation practitioners, sharing best practices and building the team's overall transformation capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least 11 years of project/program management experience

At least 2 years of lead experience

OR

Master's degree and at least 9 years of project/program management experience
