Job Description
Position Overview
International Motors is hiring a Transformation Lead to help shape the future of our business through enterprise-wide transformation, strategic execution, and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to partner with senior leadership, tackle complex business challenges, and turn strategic priorities into meaningful, measurable outcomes.
As a key member of our Business Process Transformation (BPT) Team, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve how we work, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive sustainable business results. You’ll bring expertise in management consulting, organizational transformation, governance, change management, and process excellence to help translate business strategy into action.
At International Motors, transformation means more than developing recommendations, it means driving change from initial strategy through implementation and measurable results. Join a collaborative, high-impact team working across the organization to advance our position in the automotive, transportation, and logistics industries.
Responsibilities
Transformation Leadership
Lead enterprise transformation initiatives from initial assessment and problem diagnosis through implementation, change management, and measurable business results. Ensure sustainable outcomes by establishing clear ownership, performance metrics, and governance before transitioning initiatives to business leaders.
Design and facilitate executive workshops, governance forums, and problem-solving sessions that turn complex challenges into actionable decisions, clear accountability, and strategic roadmaps.
Establish and strengthen end-to-end process ownership across business value streams, defining ownership roles, performance metrics, and decision-making responsibilities.
Develop, apply, and continuously improve transformation methodologies, standards, governance practices, and Centers of Excellence (CoE) foundations to drive consistency and execution excellence.
Mentor and provide project guidance to analysts and process engineers, building capabilities and strengthening the team's overall impact.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner with Directors, VPs, and cross-functional leaders to align priorities, resolve competing viewpoints, build consensus, and drive decisions that advance the company's strategic objectives.
Translate strategic priorities and performance targets into actionable process improvements, organizational changes, and capability development plans. Work backward from desired business outcomes to identify root causes and sustainable solutions.
Serve as the business counterpart for AI and digital transformation initiatives by defining business problems, establishing process requirements, evaluating proposed solutions with IT and external partners, and driving successful adoption.
Influence stakeholders across the organization without relying on direct authority, creating alignment and momentum around complex, high-impact initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of project/program management experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
Master's degree and at least 5 years of project/program management experience
