Join the global System Training and Proficiency team within the Competencies and Training domain. As a Project Manager Lead - Non Tech, you will help engineering employees develop the practical skills needed to use CAD/PDM and other internal engineering systems effectively. You will combine facilitation, content development, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to create clear, relevant learning experiences that employees can apply on the job.

This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys learning new technologies, translating complex topics into practical guidance, and helping others build confidence. With support from experienced colleagues, you will learn our systems and training approach while taking increasing ownership of course delivery, learning content, and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Deliver CAD/PDM training: Prepare and facilitate instructor-led courses in classroom and virtual settings. Explain technical concepts clearly, demonstrate workflows, answer questions, and create an engaging learning environment.

Plan effective learning sessions: Coordinate schedules, agendas, training environments, presentations, exercises, demonstrations, and participant communications to ensure each session is ready for successful delivery.

Create and improve learning content: Develop, update, and simplify PowerPoint-based training materials and e-learning content for CAD/PDM and other internal engineering systems. Partner with global subject-matter experts to keep content accurate, relevant, and easy to apply.

Support learners and stakeholders: Listen to learner and stakeholder needs, identify areas of confusion, and adapt training or follow-up support. Build productive relationships with colleagues, managers, and subject-matter experts.

Advance modern learning solutions: Based on business needs and individual interests, contribute to initiatives involving AI-enabled learning, modern e-learning tools, Power BI reporting, Power Apps, learning experience platforms, and improved training follow-up.

Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues and partners across countries and time zones. Share information proactively, contribute effectively in virtual settings, and maintain progress independently when team members are offline.

Build expertise and ownership: Learn new systems, processes, and course content with guidance from experienced colleagues. Gradually take ownership of course delivery and develop confidence facilitating training early in the role.
