Job Summary This position is responsible for leading end-to-end quality engineering and test service delivery across a product line, establishing the vision, strategy, and governance necessary to ensure successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities include overseeing all testing operations, directing test planning and execution, performing impact analysis and estimation, managing internal and external testing resources, advancing automation and continuous testing capabilities, and ensuring effective test environments and data management. The role also serves as the primary vendor relationship manager and partners with business and technology leaders to balance quality, delivery speed, and business value.

The Product Line Test Lead serves as the primary point of accountability for testing outcomes, collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, and manages vendor partnerships to ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable delivery. Required Job Qualifications: _Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology OR 9 years Information Technology experience. _7+ years of experience leading quality engineering and testing efforts for complex enterprise applications and product delivery teams.

_Proven experience developing and executing product line test strategies across multiple applications, releases, and integrated platforms. _Experience managing and mentoring QA/Test Engineers in Agile products team environment. _Experience in HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Structured Query Language (SQL), System Development Methodology (SDM). _Experience in technologies testing. _Experience in application and infrastructure integration. _Experience in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). _Experience in Iterative / Agile / Scrum development. _Experience in test automation.

_Experience in usability testing. _Experience in demand types / delivery methods (Agile, Scrum, Iterative Development). _Impact analysis and estimation experience. _Testing vendor relationship management and governance. _Test data management, test environment design and management. _Understanding of the business strategic needs and IT capabilities. _Customer relationship management. _Ability to develop a strong vision, lead, influence, and mobilize. _Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions. _Negotiation, teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Job Qualifications: _Proven experience developing and executing product line test strategies across multiple applications, releases, and integrated platforms. _Strong experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent. _Proven experience implementing and scaling test automation frameworks and continuous testing practices. _Experience with test data management, test environment strategy, and release readiness planning. _Experience performing impact assessments, risk evaluations, test estimations, and release planning activities.

_Experience managing external testing vendors, including governance, performance management, and delivery oversight. _Strong understanding of quality engineering practices, shift-left testing, and test optimization methodologies. _Experience supporting business-critical product lines and translating business objectives into effective testing strategies. _Ability to drive defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. _Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Architects, Developers, and Operations teams.

_Strong customer focus with the ability to balance quality, speed, risk, and business value. _Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. _Experience with API testing tools (Postman, ReadyAPI, SoapUI, etc.). _Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. _Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or Agile Testing certifications. _Experience in insurance, claims, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries. \*ISEB System Testing Foundation Certification or similar.
