About the role

Job Family: Resource Management Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do The Enterprise Staffing Manager supports internal talent deployment by monitoring workforce demand, talent availability, utilization, skills, and staffing risks. This role partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to facilitate staffing decisions, resolve workforce challenges, advance internal talent mobility, and support effective workforce deployment.

The Enterprise Staffing Manager helps ensure staffing needs are proactively addressed, risks are escalated, and staffing actions are tracked through resolution.

Key Responsibilities Facilitate the deployment, redeployment, and internal mobility of talent across projects, practices, and business segments to align workforce capacity with business demand Evaluate and recommend qualified internal talent for staffing opportunities based on skills, experience, availability, workforce priorities, and business needs Partner with business leaders, engagement managers, and people managers to develop staffing solutions that address workforce demand, talent availability, and capacity needs Monitor workforce demand, talent availability, utilization, skills,

staffing pipelines, upcoming project roll-offs, aging demand, staffing risks, and capacity gaps across assigned business areas Proactively identify future workforce needs, emerging skill gaps, and capacity challenges to support workforce planning and staffing readiness Support staffing governance by identifying risks, developing recommendations, and coordinating the resolution of staffing escalations, competing priorities, and workforce constraints Track staffing actions, decisions, owners, and outcomes through resolution and ensure timely follow-through on staffing commitments Analyze

workforce, staffing, utilization, availability, and skills data to identify trends, talent risks, mobility opportunities, and recommendations for leadership Utilize workforce planning, staffing, and talent management tools to support talent matching, workforce visibility, and data-driven staffing decisions Promote internal talent mobility and workforce optimization by aligning available talent to current and future business demand before external hiring is pursued What You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

4+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, talent operations, sales, recruiting operations, talent operations, or a related field What Would Be Nice To Have: Demonstrated ability to facilitate decisions, resolve issues, and drive action across multiple stakeholders Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Experience using staffing, resource management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, or related business systems The annual salary range for this position is

$85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
