Job Family: Resource Management Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do The Lead Enterprise Staffing Manager leads enterprise staffing governance, workforce deployment, staffing escalations, and internal talent mobility across the organization. This role partners with business leaders and key stakeholders to resolve complex staffing challenges, address workforce risks, and improve deployment of internal talent. The Lead Enterprise Staffing Manager drives consistency in staffing processes, governance, and operating practices across the function.
Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise staffing governance and facilitate resolution of complex staffing situations, workforce constraints, and competing talent priorities Serve as the primary escalation point for unresolved staffing issues, staffing conflicts, and high-impact workforce deployment decisions Drive cross-segment talent deployment, redeployment, and internal mobility strategies to optimize enterprise workforce capacity and workforce utilization Maintain visibility into workforce demand, talent availability, utilization, skills, staffing risks, capacity gaps, aging demand, and
upcoming roll-offs across the enterprise Develop recommendations to address emerging workforce risks, critical skill gaps, and future talent needs in support of staffing readiness and business objectives Coordinate staffing responses for significant workforce events, including major business wins, ramp-ups, ramp-downs, business transitions, and critical skill shortages Partner with business leaders, engagement managers, people managers, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Workforce Intelligence, and Human Capital stakeholders to address workforce challenges and align staffing strategies
Analyze staffing trends, utilization patterns, workforce risks, talent mobility opportunities, and recurring staffing challenges to support decision-making and continuous improvement Establish, maintain, and continuously improve Enterprise Staffing Management governance, operating procedures, service delivery standards, performance metrics, and operating cadences Ensure staffing decisions, actions, owners, and outcomes are documented, tracked, and resolved in accordance with established governance processes Provide coaching and guidance for Enterprise Staffing Managers while promoting
consistency in staffing practices, governance, and decision-making What You Will Need: Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
6+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, workforce management, talent acquisition, or a related field What Would Be Nice To Have: Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, facilitate decisions, and drive action across multiple stakeholder groups Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret workforce, staffing, and operational data Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Experience using staffing, workforce planning, resource
management, talent acquisition, or related technology platforms The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
