Overview

Gallagher is seeking an AI Training Manager to help accelerate AI adoption, AI awareness, and effective use of artificial intelligence across a global organization. This role is responsible for developing and deploying a comprehensive AI training curriculum that upskills employees to confidently leverage AI-powered tools in ways that improve productivity, decision-making, and client outcomes.

The AI Training Manager is an individual contributor role. The position manages curriculum strategy, training deliverables, stakeholder relationships, and adoption outcomes. It combines internal consulting, technology adoption, AI enablement, adult learning, facilitation, content creation, and program management.

The successful candidate will create practical, Gallagher-specific learning experiences tailored to insurance broking workflows and role-based use cases across sales, claims, operations, and other business teams. They will continuously refresh content as AI capabilities evolve, directly supporting the workforce transformation required to unlock the value of Gallagher’s AI technology investments and advance AI-augmented growth across markets.

How you'll make an impact

AI Training and Enablement

Develop and deploy Gallagher’s comprehensive AI training curriculum to upskill employees globally on effective, responsible use of AI-powered tools.

Create and deliver role-based AI learning paths for sales, claims, operations, leaders, managers, executives, and other targeted employee audiences.

Facilitate engaging learning experiences, including workshops, demos, hands-on labs, office hours, and adoption events.

Continuously update training content as AI capabilities, business priorities, Gallagher use cases, and responsible AI guidance evolve.

Connect AI training to insurance broking workflows, client service, productivity improvement, and AI-augmented growth across Gallagher markets.

Adoption Consulting and Solution Design

Partner with stakeholders to understand adoption needs, barriers, and opportunities.

Translate business needs into practical learning, adoption, and reinforcement solutions.

Design creative, scalable approaches that help teams apply AI in daily work.

Build trusted relationships through strong listening, facilitation, and consultative communication.

Content and Learning Experience Development

Create polished learning resources, including decks, guides, job aids, prompt libraries, videos, FAQs, and adoption toolkits.

Translate technical AI concepts into clear, practical, business-focused guidance.

Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create inclusive, engaging experience.

Use storytelling, demonstrations, scenarios, and hands-on activities to make learning actionable.

Build Gallagher-specific scenarios, examples, and job aids that show employees how AI can enhance real workflows, improve productivity, and strengthen client outcomes.

AI Champion Network and Community Engagement

Manage segments of Gallagher’s enterprise AI Champions Network through onboarding, engagement, and community activities.

Lead Champion calls and learning opportunities that promote knowledge sharing and responsible experimentation.

Collect use cases, success stories, lessons learned, and feedback to inform future enablement efforts.

Support a welcoming global community where employees can ask questions, exchange ideas, and build AI confidence.

Program Delivery and Team Collaboration

Plan and execute AI adoption programs from concept through delivery.

Coordinate meetings, communications, logistics, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

Support AI communications and leader engagement in partnership with the centralized AI Adoption team.

Serve as a liaison between global business audiences and the AI Adoption team, sharing needs, feedback, barriers, and opportunities.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.

Highly Preferred:

Professional experience in technology adoption, AI enablement, digital transformation, organizational change, learning, or a related field.

Experience designing, developing, and facilitating professional training or enablement programs.

Working knowledge of adult learning principles and experience applying them to learning design and delivery.

Strong virtual and in-person facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Experience creating high-quality learning content and enablement resources across multiple formats.

Strong program management, organization, and execution skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain quality in a fast-changing environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong collaboration, stakeholder relationship management, consulting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to make complex or technical concepts understandable and relevant to varied audiences.

Travel up to 20%, depending on business needs and organizational priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, or other AI-enabled productivity tools.

Experience supporting enterprise-scale technology adoption or digital transformation programs.

Experience developing role-based learning experiences, adoption campaigns, or reinforcement programs.

Experience tailoring training content to business workflows, role-specific responsibilities, and practical use cases that support measurable adoption outcomes.

Experience facilitating sessions for executives, managers, and employees.

Background in instructional design, change enablement, organizational development, communications, or learning and development.

Experience creating multimedia learning content, demonstrations, or digital learning experiences.

Relevant certification in training, instructional design, change management, program or project management, or AI technologies.
