About the role

Job Description: Location: open to remote candidates - must be able to work ET hours. Overview The Senior Associate, Media Effectiveness will support our analytics and data operations by ensuring data quality, enabling seamless reporting, and providing day-to-day analytical support. This role will focus on data engineering and pipeline management and media analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple platforms and datasets.

Key Responsibilities Media Analytics Gather and prepare data for recurring attribution solution on a weekly basis and quarterly MMM inputs, coordinating with media and strategy teams. Weekly, monthly and quarterly insights reporting on a channel and tactic level. Populate and QA weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables. Provide data compilation and visualization for client deliverables.

QA and maintain taxonomy standards across media channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting General Responsibilities Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity across all deliverables. Collaborate with onshore analytics and media teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and insights. Proactively flag data anomalies, pipeline issues, or reporting gaps. Support process documentation and contribute to workflow improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field.

1+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, or media reporting. Hands-on exposure to SQL. Knowledge of digital media platforms (e.g., CM360, TTD, DSP/partner data). Strong data QA skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies across sources. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Tableau; ability to make minor modifications a plus. Strong communication skills; client-facing exposure is a plus. The annual salary range for this position is (68,000-$80,000).

Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field with 1+ years in analytics, data operations, or media reporting.
