Position Summary The Manager, Demand Planning leads the development of the consensus demand forecast over a multi-year planning horizon for an assigned portfolio of brands The Manager presents actionable forecast insights by utilizing rigorous analytics and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative market intelligence, with emphasis on cross-functional partnership with Commercial and Finance teams A key contributor and trusted business partner, the Manager drives the volume inputs for the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and our Long

Range Planning (LRP) efforts Responsibilities Manage the Demand Planning process for an assigned portfolio of brands across all demand groups within the quarterly S&OP cycle and annual planning activities Apply appropriate forecasting models/techniques to develop baseline statistical forecasts for depletions and shipments Analyze performance and trends, clearly articulate business drivers behind the forecast, identify opportunities and risks, and proactively communicate to cross-functional teams Become the trusted Operations Business Partner with key Commercial stakeholders: Sales,

Brand, Finance, and Commercial Excellence teams Solicit and distill quantitative and qualitative market insights from Commercial business partners and overlay into baseline forecast Communicate and resolve forecast gaps to annual or strategic plans with key Commercial & Finance stakeholders Measure MAPE & bias, analyze root cause, recommend corrective action, and utilize learnings to continuously improve results Initiate and contribute to analyses testing demand planning process and forecast improvement hypotheses Administer system setup for data integration of acquired/divested

brands and new product development as required Lead/contribute to other supply chain improvement initiatives as required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university majoring in Operations Research, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain or other business-related field 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Strategy and Design, Replenishment Planning, Logistics, S&OP/IBP) Highly developed analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly

to changing priorities, assignments, and roles Excellent influencing, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills: ability to derive and communicate high-level insights from data and successfully convince stakeholders Intellectual curiosity and initiative Ability to influence without direct authority and apply an appropriate level of assertiveness Strong Project Management skills and experience with process optimization.

Experience in statistical modelling and forecasting, including lifecycle planning, base, events, and trend analysis Strong understanding of using demand forecasting tools & system processes and understanding of forecasting heuristics Expert proficiency in Excel; experience in modeling with large, disparate datasets and visualization techniques Concise and impactful presentation skills, both written and oral (PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Cross-functional (sales, marketing, finance) experience is highly desirable Experience in supply chain role in CPG industry or beverage

manufacturer Secondary degree (MBA, MSc) or Supply Chain-related certification a plus Physical Requirements/Work Environment Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
