What You'll Be Doing

Support the Head of eCOA Neuroscience Sales in documenting, maintaining, and monitoring sales processes.

Contribute to the development and implementation of tools and processes that improve the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of sales operations, proposal development, and business development activities.

Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate critical internal and external client meetings.

Lead special projects focused on sales performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), process improvements, and operational efficiencies.

Own and manage specific proposal development activities, including timeline creation, timeline tool optimization, and proposal support initiatives.

Partner with Business Development Representatives, Client Solutions Leads, and operational stakeholders to track proposal development, timelines, and related deliverables.

Review proposals, pricing documentation, contracts, and change orders, as applicable, to ensure alignment with client requirements and request-for-proposal (RFP) specifications.

Maintain and enhance Salesforce.com processes, documentation, and reporting capabilities to support organizational effectiveness.

What We Look For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, business operations, or a related function.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience working with Salesforce.com, including process administration and reporting.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
