The Revenue Cycle team is currently seeking a Consultant or Managing Consultant to join their team. Willing to travel consistently (50% - 75%, depending on project requirements and client expectations) is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Performs data collection (quantitative and qualitative), research (industry and subject matter), and analysis utilizing basic analytic techniques to solve client problems

Provides expertise in insurance denial protocols and works with the client to recommend solutions.

Manages client relationship at the representative level

Qualifications

At least 5 years experience in Revenue Cycle, and preferably someone already at the Manager level in consulting or Director level in the healthcare industry;

Experience related to leading Denials Avoidance/Prevention and Avoidable Write-Offs initiatives with measurable financial results;

Experience working across the entire Revenue Cycle (including Patient Access, HIM/Coding, and Patient Financial Services) for initiatives;

Cerner Patient Accounting experience is preferred;

Completion of a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent in the areas of economics, finance, accounting, statistics, econometrics, public health, engineering or other practice related subjects.

Consultant Salary Range: $90,000 – $135,000 per year.

Managing Consultant Salary Range: $120,000 – $165,000 per year

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
