The Associate position is a full-time entry level consulting staff position. Associate positions are for candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027.
About the Role
From day one, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and senior executives to help organizations solve complex strategic, operational, financial, and organizational challenges. As an Associate working in one of our advisory practices, you'll contribute to high-impact engagements that help clients improve performance, accelerate growth, optimize operations, and navigate change.
What You'll Do
Conducting market, operational, financial, and organizational analyses to support board and executive decision-making.
Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Developing board- and executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and other client deliverables.
Supporting strategic planning, operational improvement, organizational transformation, and business process optimization initiatives.
Building financial models, business cases, and implementation roadmaps that support client recommendations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, mathematics, data science, statistics, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, healthcare informatics, engineering, environmental science or a related field. A GPA of 3.5 or higher is highly desirable.
Experience: 0-2 years of work experience, including internships.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with MS SQL Server, R, Python, Stata, SAS, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Databricks, or Teradata is highly desirable.
Locations
Associates will primarily be hired in locations like Washington DC, Boston, New York, and Chicago. There are also a limited number of opportunities in smaller offices like Tampa and Pittsburgh. Associates are expected to work a minimum of 3 days per week from an office, though we highly encourage new Associates to work from the office as often as possible.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
