Aon Claims Client Experience is a core product within Aon's global Claims Copilot platform, delivering digital claims experiences to clients through Aon Meridian, Aon's unified client portal.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help shape and deliver client-facing solutions that improve the claims experience. This role partners closely with product, technology, design, and business teams to translate customer and business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in backlog management, process design, testing, stakeholder collaboration, and adoption activities while helping the team embrace AI-enabled ways of working.

What the Day Will Look Like

Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements that support product and customer experience objectives.

Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution specifications for Agile delivery teams.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business partners to refine priorities and deliver high-quality solutions.

Create workflows, wireframes, and user journeys that improve usability and client experience.

Support testing activities, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality expectations.

Analyze data, business processes, and system interactions to find opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Develop documentation, training materials, and adoption resources to support successful implementation and organizational change.

Skills and Experience That Will Lead to Success

Required

Knowledge, skills, and experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise software, digital products, or technology solutions.

Good experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Experience working within Agile methodologies and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to perform business process analysis, systems analysis, and solution design.

Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications.

Knowledge of APIs, system integration, data integration, and software development processes.

Experience supporting test planning, user acceptance testing, and quality control activities.

Strong collaboration management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools.

Strong written communication and software documentation skills.

Preferred

Experience within insurance, claims, financial services, or related industries.

Experience supporting customer-facing portals or digital product delivery.

Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, or emerging technologies.

CBAP, CCBA, IIBA-AAC, or similar certification.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $97,300 to $155,700 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

Minimum requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise software or digital products with strong skills in requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in developing user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and knowledge of APIs, system integration, and software development processes.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, facilitation skills, and experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
