The role serves as the dedicated marketing owner for the CLC partnership channel, translating partnership strategy into joint go-to-market plans, co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement, and measurable commercial outcomes. This position owns the Partner marketing plan, program budget, campaign calendar, and performance reporting.

It works closely with Partnership Operations, segment marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, sales, creative teams, shared services, and agencies to ensure partners can effectively sell to, sell through, and sell with CLC while maintaining consistency with direct-to-customer messaging. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Partner Marketing Strategy and Planning Own the annual and quarterly partner marketing strategy, portfolio plan, campaign calendar, and program budget aligned to the indirect go-to-market strategy and CLC growth priorities.

Apply business and financial acumen in partner conversations to build relationships with marketing leaders at select partner accounts. Assess partner opportunities and recommend right-sized marketing approaches based on partner model, audience, commercial potential, readiness, and available resources. Create joint marketing plans with priority partners, defining target audiences, value propositions, tactics, responsibilities, timelines, investment requirements, and success measures.

Segment partners by type, maturity, solution area, commercial potential, and readiness, and define differentiated engagement and enablement paths for each segment. Partner with Partnership team to support partner onboarding, quarterly planning, and ongoing growth opportunities. Co-Marketing Campaigns and Demand Generation Plan, develop, and execute integrated co-marketing programs that generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced leads, pipeline, cart sales, revenue, and share-of-wallet expansion.

Lead partner marketing activities such as webinars, events, email programs, digital campaigns, marketplace or listing presence, launch support, referral programs, and partner promotions. Orchestrate campaign delivery across internal shared services, creative resources, marketing operations, digital teams, and external agencies. Ensure campaigns include clear objectives, audience definitions, calls to action, tracking requirements, lead follow-up processes, and optimization plans.

Partner Enablement and Content Develop scalable partner enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-sheets, sales kits, landing pages, website copy, email and newsletter content, webinar materials, product launch kits, and trade-show assets. Create reusable toolkits that allow partners to promote CLC offerings consistently and efficiently. Coordinate with product and segment marketing to adapt approved positioning, messaging, customer insights, and direct-to-customer assets for partner audiences and routes to market.

Design structured partner onboarding and learning journeys, including role-based training, certification programs, and self-service education resources that accelerate time to activation and reduce manual support. Work with internal and external creative resources to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant materials. Cross-Functional and Partner Collaboration Serve as the primary CLC marketing counterpart to the Partnership team and participating partner organizations.

Coordinate priorities, calendars, messaging, and execution with segment, product, digital, sales, BU marketing, creative, legal, and compliance stakeholders. Facilitate clear roles, decisions, timelines, and escalation paths across joint initiatives. Align partner marketing and enablement strategies to partner business plans, adoption priorities, retention objectives, and expansion opportunities; develop quarterly engagement plans for priority partners.

Build strong working relationships with partner stakeholders while balancing partner needs with CLC strategy, brand standards, budget, and capacity. Partner Launch Readiness Own partner launch-readiness planning for new partnership offerings, including readiness criteria, dependencies, milestones, assets, go/no-go decisions, and post-launch follow-through.

Coordinate with Partnerships, Product, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Partner Success to confirm partners have approved positioning, training, sales materials, contractual and legal resources, pricing guidance, support processes, and escalation paths before launch. Performance Measurement and Optimization Own the plan and process for measuring partner marketing outcomes and return on marketing investment.

Define and report performance across campaign engagement, partner-sourced and partner-influenced leads, opportunities, pipeline, revenue, cart sales, cross-sell or upsell, and enablement adoption. Partner with Rev Operations to support lead-to-revenue tracking for indirect routes to market and establish reliable campaign and attribution practices.

Provide executive-ready partner insights that identify engagement levels, opportunity generation, adoption and enablement gaps, programs driving measurable outcomes, and recommendations for scaling successful partner motions or correcting underperformance. Use performance insights to optimize campaigns, recommend investment shifts, and communicate results to marketing and partnership leadership.
