Job Description
As the Senior Manager - Indirect Sourcing Operations, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and managing the processes, controls, and support capabilities required to scale a best-in-class indirect procurement function. You will serve as the operational foundation for a new Indirect Procurement organization responsible for transforming the management of more than $2B in annual indirect spend.
You will partner closely with Procurement Leadership, IT, Finance, and Business Operations to shape the technical capabilities, operational workflows, governance framework, and continuous improvement capabilities needed to support long-term procurement excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the indirect procurement operating model
Develop and optimize Procure-to-Pay processes and controls to align with policy and audit requirement
Partner with IT to design and implement future-state procurement capabilities and system enhancements; serve as the primary business lead for procurement technology initiative involving Oracle Self Service procurement platform
Drive scalable procurement process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across indirect procurement operations
Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities; ensure adherence to procurement policies, controls, and compliance requirements
Support supplier and internal stakeholder issue resolution; build operational frameworks that enable future organizational growth
Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Lead to ensure sourcing strategies transition effectively into ongoing operational execution
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree - Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or related discipline required; Masters Degree preferred
Licenses/Certificates/Designations - PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred
8 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procurement Excellence, Supply Chain Operations, Indirect Procurement, or related operational function
Experience supporting indirect procurement functions within large multisite or complex enterprise organization
Strong working knowledge of procurement technologies such as Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or related platforms
Proven experience leading process transformation, operational improvement, or procurement technology initiatives
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, Procurement, suppliers, and business leadership
Ability to convert business needs into clear, efficient process flows and operating procedures
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, governance, reporting, and change management skills
Experience leading procurement transformation programs, procurement governance frameworks, or enterprise Source-to-Pay operating models preferred
Experience shaping scalable procurement systems, compliance structures, dashboards, and operational frameworks that support enterprise growth preferred
Ability to travel 0% - 25%

Compensation Details
$134,561 - $185,021 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
