Senior Adobe Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Participates in and contributes to the definition of systems and software architecture to ensure that the organization's Technology solutions are built within a consistent framework. Implements activities that generally impact discrete components / processes of the work of own team / projects. Receives work in the form of short-term assignments that often require the application of independent judgment and operates within the context of defined procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture for Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations and enhancements.

Design scalable customer journey solutions across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, IVR, and other engagement channels.

Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, and technical roadmaps aligned with enterprise standards.

Define customer profile, segmentation, identity resolution, and real-time personalization strategies using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

Drive architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.

Marketing Technology & Journey Orchestration

Architect customer journeys that support acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and servicing use cases.

Establish best practices for:

Segmentation

Offer decisioning

Personalization

Journey design

Campaign execution

Optimize customer experience through real-time triggers and behavioral events.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in an IT engineering role OR High school / GED and at least 4 years of experience in an IT engineering role.

At least 2 years of leadership experience in server side or client-side technologies

Experience in domain-specific architecture concepts and emerging technologies. (Design patterns, frameworks, current Java based solutions, mobile, OR Infrastructure Administration OR Data Sciences)

At least 1 year of experience in domain-specific Architecture.

Experience working with matrix teams including teams in different time zones;

Experience creating and promoting guiding development principles and influencing development teams, business users and management in adoption of technical solutions.

Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Salary Range: $100000 - $175000 / Salaried

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years IT engineering experience or High school/GED with 4+ years IT engineering experience
• 2+ years leadership in server-side or client-side technologies and 1+ year domain-specific architecture experience
• Experience with domain-specific architecture concepts, matrix teams, and influencing technical solution adoption; willing to travel up to 10%
