Position Overview: Vibrant is seeking an exceptional candidate for the Program Analyst position on the Program Impact team. The Program Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to help all FYPS sites (Queens, Bronx, Staten Island) make informed evidence-based decisions to improve the lives of those we serve.
The person in this role will develop reports, dashboards, and data models, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. This role also supports the development of data collection and reporting systems across the entire organization and will collaborate with Program Leadership, Quality Improvement (QI), and other shared services teams across Vibrant.
Duties/Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive data analysis plans to monitor program performance and impact, which should include service utilization, outcomes, and key performance indicators across all Family and Youth Peer Support Services (FYPSS) programs in partnership with Alliance subcontractors and external stakeholders (DOHMH) Meet on a regular basis with the DOHMH to report out on FYPS program performance and potential opportunities for improvement Monitor and manage daily Maven case reporting for FYPS Bronx, ensuring timely data collection, validation, and
reconciliation while providing oversight and support to fellow Program Analysts to maintain consistency across sites.
As needed, follow up with staff to ensure that the data is accurate and complete Create reports on FYPS performance to disseminate to contractor and subcontractor for program monitoring and staff supervision purposes Coordinate cross site data and reporting activities for FYPS, establishing standardized approaches for data collection, database management, quality assurance, and the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables Extract, clean, validate, aggregate, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple systems and sources, ensuring data integrity and
produce meaningful insights that inform program planning and performance management Identify opportunities to strengthen reporting, data collection, and analytical processes by leveraging evidence-based practices, improving data quality, and recommending solutions that support informed decision making and continuous program improvement Lead complex data initiatives from project conception through implementation, partnering with program leadership to establish methodologies and deliver actionable insights that support operational and strategic objectives Provide technical leadership and
training to other program staff, review work products, and promote best practices in data management, reporting, and analysis Prepare and present recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries that communicate program outcomes, trends, service impact, and operational performance to leadership, funders, and external partners Required Skills and Abilities: Data Analysis and Analytical Thinking: Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends and patterns, uncover meaningful insights, and support data informed decision making across programs and services Process

standards and deadlines are consistently met Project Coordination and Systems Support: Ability to manage multiple priorities, contribute to data related projects, and support the consistent use of reporting systems, databases, and data management practices across teams Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings, explain data concepts to a variety of audiences, and work effectively with colleagues, program teams, and external partners Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics,
Public Health, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or a related field required 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, program evaluation, or related analytical roles Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating findings into actionable insights Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS, or similar platforms Experience working with sensitive data and supporting reporting, performance measurement, or program evaluation activities Bilingual and bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
