Pre-Analytic Training and QA Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and capable Pre-Analytic Training Coordinator to help onboard and train new and existing employees across our Pre-Analytics department (Accessioning, Order Processing, and Returns). Responsibilities: Lead / coordinate the onboarding of new employees as well as initial training in Preanalytic workflows to ensure a positive new hire experience.

Provide / coordinate ongoing group and individualized training in specimen receipt, order creation, order updates, accessioning, order review, specimen returns for purposes of work performance enhancement and general education. Deliver training in department policies and procedures. Conduct related competency evaluation. Develop and implement appropriate resources and tools to accomplish training objectives. Evaluate and update existing training materials and plans. Serve as a subject matter expert / procedural resource for department employees and external stakeholders (i.e.

IT, Product, other downstream functions). Support leadership and Quality Manager with their goals in relation to quality and service metrics. Assist with the creation and execution of improvement plans for underperforming employees. Maintain accurate logs and records for all training competency assessments conducted. Provide training with respect and professionalism at all times. Perform bench work as needed (not exceed 25% of the time). Additional tasks as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred). 3+ years relevant work/training experience.

Ability to design and implement training, and to measure and report on training effectiveness and outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to delegate tasks to others. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to navigate change. Ability to work with others to plan and carry out training programs. Self-driven and works well in a cross-functional team with minimal direction. Impeccable attention to detail. Ability to work onsite in our Chicago office 5 days a week Illinois Pay: $25.00/hour The expected salary range may vary for other locations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
