What You Will Get To Do: Handle and execute service requests, triage and diagnose incidents, and assist with daily operations for the platform Own client projects working with hedge fund custodians/administrators, as well as internal projects working with R&D More experienced consultants are expected to train associates, act as an escalation point, and handle more complex or nuanced projects What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years of recent and relevant work experience with similar functionality (Financial Services, Investment Technology, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)) in a

technology or client-facing role Familiarity in related subject areas such as Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar Technology troubleshooting skills and interest in technology and software support Ability to learn new processes, products, and support tools quickly Communication skills, and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users Understanding of financial markets and related processes Experience collaborating with Software Development teams to facilitate Product Supportability, Incident Management, Problem Management, and

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between 70000 USD to 80000 USD.

In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
