As a Service Delivery Analyst, you'll support revenue cycle operations, analytics, and client delivery by turning operational data into accurate, actionable insights.
You'll use revenue cycle knowledge, Epic Clarity, and SQL to develop reporting, identify trends, and support Customer Operations, Central Operations, and client stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently on defined priorities while partnering with senior team members on more complex analytics and recommendations.
What you'll do Build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze revenue cycle data Apply Epic Clarity and professional/physician billing (PB) knowledge to identify trends and improvement opportunities across charge capture, coding, claim edits, and denials Support physician productivity, RVU, and provider-level performance reporting Analyze charge lag, coding accuracy, and provider-level denial trends Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reports and insights for
technical and non-technical audiences Support account and performance reviews by identifying trends and actionable opportunities Perform QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency Track follow-up actions and support execution against recommendations Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders on reporting and analytics needs What we're looking for 4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or a related field Working knowledge of professional/physician billing (PB) revenue cycle operations, including charge capture, coding, claim
edits, denials, A/R follow-up, payment posting, provider productivity, and RVU reporting Experience working with Epic Clarity and/or Resolute Professional Billing data Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, data validation, and transformations Experience with relational databases and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into meaningful insights Comfortable communicating findings to internal stakeholders and clients Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred qualifications
Epic Resolute Professional Billing or Clarity Data Model certification Experience with provider productivity, RVU, or compensation reporting Experience with Snowflake Familiarity with stored procedures or T-SQL Client-facing analytics or service delivery experience What success looks like First 30 days: Build familiarity with R1's data environment, reporting ecosystem, revenue cycle workflows, and existing reporting logic while delivering accurate, timely work.
By 90 days: Own defined reporting and analytics deliverables, produce reliable client-ready reporting, identify meaningful operational trends, and become a dependable analytics partner to internal and client stakeholders. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $48,131.00 - $81,225.49 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Minimum requirements
- 4+ years in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or related field with professional/physician billing knowledge
- Proficient in Epic Clarity and/or Resolute Professional Billing data and strong SQL skills
