Industry/Sector Pharma and Life Sciences Specialism Operations Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Pharma & MedTech End-to-End Supply Chain, Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their supply chain operations, enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will analyze supply chain processes, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.

You will leverage your skills to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Responsibilities - Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency - Developing strategies to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations and increase responsiveness - Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on technology and data analytics for a connected supply chain network - Managing relationships with clients to build meaningful connections and anticipate their needs - Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills - Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform

insights and recommendations - Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements - Implementing inventory management and procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity - Leveraging AI fluency and digital tooling to drive supply chain transformation and operational excellence - Establishing inventory levels and optimizing distribution channels for improved supply chain performance What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one

of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing - At least one of the following: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM) - Demonstrating proficiency in Supply Chain Management Software - Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize supply

chain processes - Excelling in logistics and inventory management strategies - Developing innovative solutions for supply chain transformation - Leveraging AI fluency for enhanced supply chain performance Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
