Within our Digital Core Modernization network, you will help clients transition from traditional business models to subscription-based frameworks, enhancing their sales, marketing, and billing processes. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving project success and contributing technical knowledge in your area of specialization.

Your role involves navigating the complexities of diverse teams and engagements, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together. You will initiate open conversations with teams and stakeholders, building trust and upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Responsibilities - Leading Oracle consulting projects to help organizations achieve digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities - Guiding clients in implementing Oracle solutions to transition from resource-intensive to subscription-based business models - Managing complex business issues from strategy to execution, focusing on sales, marketing, finance, and operations - Utilizing Oracle Customer Experience (CX) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) to enhance client business processes - Overseeing the deployment of Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M) and

Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions - Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges - Promoting the use of innovative Oracle technologies and leading practices across consulting teams - Validating data integrity and compliance within Oracle analytics frameworks - Identifying opportunities for optimizing Oracle solution utilization and improving client business performance What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business

Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science - Navigating Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M) implementations - Utilizing Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions - Managing Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud processes - Leading cross-border and diverse team engagements - Innovating processes in Oracle CX sales technology - Excelling in strategic questioning and problem-solving Travel Requirements Up to 80%

Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
