Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Clients & Markets Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Martech Developer Manager you will lead the selection, implementation, and administration of marketing and sales technology solutions that support brand management, digital campaigns, and revenue-focused initiatives within our Marketing and Sales practice. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior staff, and manage project workstreams while applying business knowledge, independent judgment, and a practical approach to technology delivery.

In this role at PwC, you will shape martech capabilities that improve employee experiences, strengthen client engagement, and support the Firm’s broader growth priorities.

Responsibilities - Managing marketing technology operations and strategy workstreams across content enablement and client experience initiatives - Leading implementation support for Salesforce and adjacent martech platforms, including deployment, adoption, and user readiness activities - Overseeing system configuration, workflow improvements, and process optimization to support marketing and sales operations - Coaching team members on platform functionality, data validation, and issue resolution across technology-enabled campaigns - Assessing data quality metrics and reporting outputs to

improve accuracy, usability, and decision making - Coordinating technology solution delivery with stakeholders to align platform capabilities to business and content needs - Applying analytical thinking to identify system dependencies, risks, and opportunities for automation or simplification - Guiding adoption of digital tooling and marketing automation software to improve employee and customer experiences What You Must Have - At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree - At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience - At least 2 years leading the

development and extension of Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including editable templates, Core Components, and modern frontend technologies What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Bachelor's degree - Managing marketing technology projects across multiple channels - Coordinating Salesforce, MarTech, or campaign operations tools - Demonstrating project budgeting, planning, and timeline management - Coaching teams on process improvement and digital tooling - Navigating client needs, competing priorities, and stakeholder communication Travel Requirements Up to 20% Job

Posting End Date October 19, 2026 The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
