Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Product Innovation Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Solution Architect Manager you will lead design efforts for software and product innovation initiatives, shaping solution approaches that connect business needs with cloud engineering, data and analytics, and digital integration priorities within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice.
As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior professionals, and manage workstreams with an eye toward sound judgment, accountability, and thoughtful decision-making. In this role at PwC, you will guide solution architecture discussions, help define technical direction, and support delivery of client-facing work that spans product innovation and architecture design across complex environments.
Responsibilities - Leading solution architecture workstreams across cloud engineering, data and analytics, and digital integration initiatives - Guiding teams through architecture planning, design reviews, and delivery of scalable application and integration solutions - Translating business requirements into technical architecture, functional design, and implementation roadmaps - Managing API management, microservices, CI/CD, and application lifecycle activities across client engagements - Reviewing software design, code, and test approaches to validate alignment with architecture and
engineering standards - Coordinating troubleshooting efforts for application, integration, and platform issues across complex environments - Developing and mentoring junior team members on solution architecture, software development methods, and quality practices - Identifying opportunities to improve digital tooling, automation, and delivery methods across software engineering programs What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Leading solution architecture across complex client engagements - Managing cross-functional teams
through planning and delivery - Demonstrating cloud, data, and integration architecture knowledge - Applying API management, microservices, and CI/CD practices - Translating business requirements into scalable technical designs - Mentoring junior staff through reviews and coaching Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
