Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Managed Services Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Managed Services, Epic Certified Manager (Beaker, Radiant, Willow) you will lead client support work within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, guiding managed services delivery for Epic Beaker, Radiant, and Willow environments. As a Manager you will direct teams, coach junior professionals, manage priorities and timelines, and take ownership of workstreams while applying sound judgment to complex issues and shifting client needs.

Responsibilities - Leading Epic application support workstreams for Beaker, Radiant, and Willow within managed services engagements - Managing client service requests, issue resolution, and ongoing system support across clinical and revenue cycle environments - Coordinating team tasks, timelines, and deliverables for configuration, testing, and production support activities - Reviewing system changes and application requests to validate alignment with workflow, data, and operational requirements - Guiding junior team members through coaching, feedback, and review of work products -
Translating business needs into functional system solutions using Epic software and electronic health record knowledge - Analyzing application performance, incident trends, and user feedback to identify process improvement opportunities - Supporting data-driven decisions through health information systems, health data analytics, and digital tool usage - Maintaining service documentation, support procedures, and configuration records for assigned applications - Building relationships with healthcare stakeholders to clarify needs, discuss issues, and move support activities forward What You
Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 6 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree - Holding Epic certification in Beaker, Radiant, or Willow - Managing managed services workstreams within Epic environments - Applying healthcare technology knowledge to client support delivery - Coaching teams through Electronic Health Record system changes - Leveraging business analysis and analytical reasoning in complex issues Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000
- $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
