Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism HR Function Management Level Senior Manager Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a HR Managed Services you will lead client-facing workforce consulting efforts focused on human resources, talent management, and organizational development, helping clients address workforce needs through people and organization strategies.

As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, bring sound judgment to complex situations, and use your influence and communication skills to guide teams and stakeholders through delivery, coaching others while adapting as priorities change within our Workforce Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will oversee end-to-end organization and talent transformation initiatives, drawing on a broad understanding of workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, and organizational design to support employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities - Leading end-to-end HR Managed Services engagements across payroll, benefits administration, HR operations, and workforce analytics - Advising clients on HR strategy, organizational design, talent management, and employee experience improvements - Directing large cross-functional teams through complex service delivery, transformation activities, and issue resolution - Applying systems thinking to diagnose workforce and process challenges and develop practical solutions - Translating client needs into service plans, operating models, and process redesign efforts that support

business goals - Utilizing HR technology, digital tooling, and workforce data to improve service delivery and operational efficiency - Coaching team members, shaping performance expectations, and supporting development across diverse teams - Validating service outcomes, gathering client feedback, and adjusting delivery approaches to address evolving needs What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart - HR managed services background supporting payroll and administration - Experience validating workforce analytics and process

improvement opportunities - Crafting clear messages for client-facing HR discussions - Applying systems thinking across complex HR operations - Coaching teams through ambiguity and difficult decisions - Deepening HR technology and managed services knowledge Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
