Within our Risk Consulting practice, you will focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions that help organizations navigate these challenges.

As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. In this role, you will be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success.

Responsibilities - Leading strategic direction and business development efforts within the Sales & Trading Operations sector - Overseeing multiple projects to maintain regulatory compliance and manage risks for clients - Providing guidance on compliance strategies and navigating complex regulatory landscapes - Translating vision into actionable plans and inspiring teams to achieve business growth - Mentoring the next generation of leaders and cultivating their potential - Promoting technological advances to create an environment where people and technology thrive together - Identifying

market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm - Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership in regulatory risk compliance - Balancing long-term and short-term thinking to make strategic choices and drive change - Adhering to and enforcing professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 9 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration - Implementing compliance

frameworks and governance standards - Managing cybersecurity risk and data protection - Leading regulatory compliance program maintenance - Excelling in strategic questioning and systemic thinking - Cultivating innovation and creativity in problem-solving - Promoting inclusion and embracing change Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
