Pay: $64,000 Annual Target
Location: Lawrenceville, IL
Work Days: RSA main role is to cover vacations so schedule will be flexible. Meaning days off will change from week to week & schedule is communicated 4 weeks in advance. All associates will be scheduled to work 5 days and off 2 in a given 7 day work week
Start Time: Standardized start times are from 3:00am - 6:30am and will be based on weekly work schedule
End Time: End time is when work is completed.
Minimum Qualifications
21 years of age or older
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What You’ll Do
Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
