Overview

Associate Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Pricing Analytics

Role Summary

Support Revenue Growth Management and Commercial teams by providing competitive benchmarking for internal and external pricing analytics, investment governance, and performance measurement to drive topline growth, profit objectives, and share gains. The role serves as a key business partner across Finance, RGM, Sales, and Strategy teams, delivering insights that accelerate decision-making and improve pricing and promotional effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Pricing Analytics & Business Performance

Monitor internal pricing, rate, and mix performance across key accounts, regions, and channels.

Identify pricing risks, performance gaps, and business opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Analyze external marketplace dynamics, including competitive pricing, price indices, and syndicated data.

Develop recurring performance reporting and executive-ready insights to support leadership decision-making.

Pricing Council Governance & Investment Tracking

Coordinate Pricing Council processes, including agenda preparation, investment tracking, approvals, and follow-up actions.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate investment trade-offs and funding priorities.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights

Synthesize internal and external data sources into clear business implications and recommended actions.

Provide routine analysis of key customer, category, and competitive dynamics.

Post-Event Analytics & ROI Evaluation

Lead post-audit analysis of promotional and trade investments.

Quantify impact on volume, revenue, profit, and share to assess investment effectiveness.

Identify learnings, success drivers, and opportunities to improve future resource allocation.

Present findings and recommendations to Finance, RGM, and senior LT.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.

Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.

Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Category Management, and RGM organizations.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
