What You Will Do Analyze system issues, business impacts, and requirements; coordinate solutions with IT and development teams. Support system enhancements, process improvements, and CX optimization. Build and analyze Excel and Power BI reports and dashboards to drive insights and decision-making. Identify opportunities for automation and AI to improve efficiency and processes. Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate training programs using the ADDIE framework. Develop training materials, job aids, and TWI Job Instruction resources aligned with policies and best practices.

Coordinate and deliver new-hire orientation, instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training. Develop and manage learning plans, courses, and records within the LMS. Conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses to align development with business needs. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support onboarding, career development, and organizational goals. Mentor employees and coach trainers and team leaders while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring Education: Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. Experience: 3-5 years of Customer Experience/systems-related experience with demonstrated technical and analytical capability. Skills: True systems/business analyst mindset: investigative, analytical, accountable, and able to perform root-cause analysis. Advanced Excel/reporting skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, large data sets). Power BI/dashboard capability. Experience gathering business requirements and translating between business users and technical teams.

Strong documentation and written communication. CRM/systems experience and ability to learn interconnected applications quickly. Professionalism and ability to build relationships across functions.
